It takes the form of a fairly fit short-haired man wearing a black tank-top and pants along with white shoes.

This variant's group was on the unfortunate end of one of Zero's attacks, with it being the last surviving one. Before its demise, its cell was stormed by members of the MM Corporation who wanted to capture it. Instead of trying to kill them or escape, however, it begged them for help before being finished by Zero.
