Plot

Seon Ahn has experienced emotional and physical abuse at the hands of her husband leading up to the events of the main story.

Seon remains silent during the vote on Hyun Cha's fate, but is pressured by Seok Kim to vote him out.

Later, after Seok starts showing signs of monsterfication and while he is isolated from everyone, Seon visits Seok. Unbeknownst to Seok, Hyein Son had convinced Seon to kill Seok. While Seon was about to do so, she starts turning into a monster. Seon, however, realizes this, and resists. She bails out of the plan, not wanting to kill Seok as a human. However, the commotion attracted the other survivors, leading her to be quarantined away from them and away from Seok for his safety. She apologizes to Hyein for her lack of resolve. Eventually, Seok monsterfies and attempts to attack everyone. However, Seon confronts Seok, snapping Seok back to his senses. As atonement for his past behavior, Seok asks that Seon kill him, which she agrees to do. She is kept in quarantine.

She is kept in quarantine with a monsterfying Jay Ryu, and they converse about what their lives meant. Eventually, a criminal gang takes over the apartment. The leader, Joon Shin, kills Seon by shooting her in the head, making her an example for the other survivors of what will happen to people who do not have the strength of will to control their monster. Her corpse is later used by the Slime Monster in a failed attempt to disguise itself.
