Monster Museum, or MM (in acronym form) is a mysterious organization that captures and experiments on a variant species of monsters. It has a subordinate known as Beaver Movers Co.
Background[]
The MM’s aim, ever was: hunting down Variants.
At one time, they were preparing to invade a variant gathering. However, they found Zero who had killed them all, therefore they taking him in. One of their agents, Miseon Ahn, frequently checked on him, which made Zero like her, so he gave her a "gift", which transformed her into a cocoon.
At an unknown point, they captured a small group of variants in hopes to use their regeneration abilities and convert that specimen into neurological medicines.
Agent, Sangjin Kim, was tasked with delivering Zero from Area A to Area C. Unfortunately, during the delivery, he found that the variants had escaped. This was due to them going insane after numerous unethical experiments. One of these variants ended up killing Sangjin Kim, causing his truck to crash. Before dying, Sangjin left a voice recording as well as a shotgun to kill these monsters that would later be come across by Gyuhwan Han. During the process, Zero escaped altogether. Despite the fact that Zero likely wasn’t harmful, the organization nonetheless blacklisted him, calling him a threat to humanity and an "agent of God".
Plot[]
After the South Korean Military was rendezvous dealing with a "communist insurgence" at a retreat camp near Area C, the MM recognizes that it is where the Variants have taken over, so they deploy the Military and report it as a false alarm, then heading to the area themselves. At the scene — the commander sends in the Alpha team to cross over the broken bridge, blocking off the area which they set ablaze. He (commander) was then shown the detailed reports regarding everyone at Yeongchan High. Later, he inquires the Bravo team to decimate everyone involved within the incident (teachers and students).
Once inside, someone manages to shoot 07’s head, likely killing 07. Another soldier squadron captures and exterminate the two students while being watched by Seongbin's group. Then, Chanhyeok Park, who witnessed the elimination of these students with Seongbin, Sanggwon, and Hayeong, screams leading the soldiers to close-in the group until they find Chanhyeok, who was thrown by Hayeong. They do scan him, saying that he's "clean". One of the soldiers proceed to kill him in spite of Chanhyeok's constant pleads.
Thereon, MM corporation discovers Sangjin's corpse and the truck he drove in the woods, finding that Zero is free; the operation’s leader decides to look into the files of Zero, mentioning at the beginning that he appears like a normal kid to him, but he has a change of mind when he realises the special note of his files (his powers and abilities such as: telekinesis, force field, regeneration, signal jamming, cocoon formation, telepathy, voice, etc.) advised by one of his soldiers, in addition of being a nice ring that Zero is titled by the employees an "agent of God".

The MM is a widespread and mysterious organization that does a good job at covering its tracks. Additionally, members are able to track each other using secret devices. It uses places like fake taverns to hide its true operations.
