Hayeong Lee was a student at Yeongchan High in Class 2.
Appearance[]
Hayeong was a small girl, she had short brown hair with a fringe.
Personality[]
Hayeong came off as timid, shy and fumbling. She was too afraid to call her classmates out on their faults, such as Mira. She is also shown to be smart and perceptive.
Background[]
Hayeong has always been a shy girl. She felt left out in high school and likely felt saddened that her teacher, Ms. Kim, turned a blind eye to it.[1]
Plot[]
Hayeong was in Mira's dance group with Sujin and Jinhui, and they were practicing the night before the performance. Hayeong was missing her steps, which made Mira furious. Sujin came to her defense, claiming that Mira was to blame for the lack of rehearsals and the early change of music.
When Mira returned from the bathroom and announced her departure from the group, Hayeong was the only one to notice the blood on her back. During the night, Hayeong wanted to express her anger at Mira for abandoning them, but she couldn't. However, she ended up witnessing Mira's weird lines and her weird smell, sharing it the next night with Jinhui and Sujin before Mira showed up.
When confronted about the group's departure, Mira killed Jinhui and Sujin. Hayeong tried to escape, but she was killed by Samshik who also took her identity.
Relationships[]
Mira Han[]
She was close friends with Mira, they were roommates at the retreat and in the same dance group. Hayeong considered Mira a friend, but was furious with her the night before the performance for leaving the group. Hayeong expressed her desire and at the same time her fear to be honest with her.
Sujin Park[]
They were dance partners. Sujin would come to her defense when Mira was insulting her. She would also often joke around about her shyness and about having missed the dance steps.
Jinhui Noh[]
They were dance partners. They seemed close enough, although Jinhui did mock Hayeong for not standing up to Mira, although it could've be a joke.
