The blockhead monster was a monster in the horde that invaded the Green Roof Apartments after a cocoon was destroyed.
Appearance[]
The blockhead monster took the appearance of an upright rectangular prism with legs. It lacked arms.
Plot[]
It is unknown what the blockhead monster's desire is or any aspect of its life prior to monsterization.
The blockhead monster was part of the initial wave of monsters to break in to Green Roof Apartments upon Ihyun Jo incinerating the Mysterious Cocoon. While attempting to break the barricades, it was initially lured away from the building by Wook Pyeon. It was unable to catch him and eventually lost interest, returning to the apartment. It was lured back outside and spat corrosive acid at Joon Shin's head and upper body. Though severely burned and near-blind, Joon Shin tackled the monster away. Wook Pyeon later destroyed the monster by running it over with a bus and grinding it through the wheel.

The blockhead monster did not display any unique abilities. It possessed the standard monster abilities including:

- Corrosive spit
